We believe a stronger region is built by inspiring agency in people and institutions to lead and achieve sustainable progress. While governments remain important drivers of development, lasting progress will also require repositioning non-governmental organisations, private enterprises, civil society, and individual citizens from the margins to the centre of the region’s development processes.
